Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Talent Management Specialist with native/bi-lingual German language proficiency to lead a multifaceted project implementation and execution within our organization. If you are a strategic thinker with proven project management skills, deep understanding of talent management, excellent communication skills, and enjoy new challenges, this might be the right role for you!

As part of our People, Performance and Culture team, you will be part of a global network and will have the opportunity to cooperate, inspire and be inspired by colleagues from other countries in CEE.

In your role, you will be asked to bring in a comprehensive understanding of transition initiatives and be adept at providing support across various HR areas during and after the project implementation. You will also have the chance to work with other experienced HR Talent Management Specialist and support projects across various HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.

What we are expecting from you

• Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of projects in the HR field.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, Training, and Communication teams, to understand integration requirements and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate KPMG offices in neighbouring countries.
• Work closely with other HR colleagues to implement strategies that support employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, HR operations, and professional development.
• Coordinate language training programs for employees, ensuring that language proficiency aligns with job requirements.
• Develop and deliver communication materials in German language.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate a positive transition for employees.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Native/bi-lingual German speaker, plus good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player, with the ability to connect with colleagues in a hybrid workspace
• Proven experience in HR Talent Management, with a focus on project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Austrian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Experience in Auditing, Consulting or Accounting firm is a plus.
