Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a conference coordinator, you will work as a part of international team, contact with senior management in the Banking, Telecom and Life Sciences industries worldwide mainly Europe, Russia and Middle East. Your prime responsibilities will generate new leads, deal with existing clients, use high tech marketing research techniques to identify and then contact existing/new clients or prospects for our events, negotiate with the sponsors/prospects in order to identify and evaluate their needs criteria and work along to develop appropriate solutions to retain, reserving seats for the delegates and grow accounts. Analyze and manage the database. Email Marketing. Traveling to the our five star events time-to-time to ensure the quality.
