- Sales strategy creation & execution on Slovakian market
- Responsible for Sales Team performance
- Creating sales plans & cascading them into individual sales plans
- Building a consistent coaching strategy & executing it across the team to close competency gaps in identified development areas
- Develop customer relationships and provide executive support in negotiations with strategic customers (construction companies, developers, facility managers, architects)
