• Well experienced in mid-size B2B sales team leadership - previous experience in similar position at least 2 years
• Proven track of record
• Target oriented, identificating new business opportunities
• Customer oriented, building strong relationship with our partnera and clients
• Pro-active approach to the tasks conferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Technical background, preferably experience from constuction industry supplier
• University dergree in technical field
• Fluency English - english is our corporate language
• MS Office knowledge - mainly for reporting
• Driving license "B"
