Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a suitable candidate for a position of Operations Manager, responsible for maintenance and installation activities in Slovakia, inluding leading the team of 9 supervisors and specialists.
Main responsibilities:
• In charge of the operational management (installations and maintenance of elevators, escalators) of branch Slovakia including P&L and budget preparation
• Determine targets and priorities, actions, time and resources
• Motivate the team to achieve the best possible results
