Your responsibilities will be:
• Supervise the members of your team, their coaching and development
• Set targets and monitor team progress
• Participate in project work and special tasks
• Hire & motivate & manage the performance of your team
• Active communication in Spanish language as a contact person for our client
• Solves ad-hoc daily business issues together with your team and colleagues,
• Reporting activities based on KPIs
