Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate who will cover the area of trainings and HR business partnering by performing the following activities:
•Covers the overall support of trainings in a Shared Services Center (SSC) in Bratislava
•Utilizes the Training supporting system „konelearning.com”
•Defines the Training network and establishes roles and responsibilities regarding management of trainings
•Coordinates the development of Internal Trainers
•In cooperation with the Management team implements the training and development strategy
•Analyzes the outcome of Individual Development plans and future challenges
•Maintains and analyzes organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
•Coordinates the compilation of training material and training session plans
•Keeps up–to-date on developments and innovations present on the market
•Maintains strong connections with other training colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends
•Manages the production of training materials and tools.
•Manages the training enrolments and related logistics and communication
