Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a clever student / trainee, having the desire to learn the new things, get to know interesting people and to move closer to work of HR department in an international company. We expect working 20 hours / week Our expectations are the responsibility for the work, flexibility, creativity, innovation and communication skills.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Help in recruiting of new employees
• Active communication with the candidates (telephone screening of the candidates, scheduling of the interviews, giving feedbacks)
• Usage of various recruitment sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, foreign websites)
• Administration of candidate management database
• Communication with personal agencies, coordination of their candidates
• Preparation of onboarding activities for the new employees
• Administrative support to the HR department
• Support in HR marketing and building the reputation of the company

Information about the selection process

Expected timeline schedule is about 20 hours / weekly. We will contact only selected candidates who meet the position requirements.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and
Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

•Undergraduate University student, ideally 2nd to 4th year
•Previous experience in HR, Personal Agency, Customer Service, Call Centre or similar is a big advantage
•Proficiency in English language (will be used on daily bases)
•Slovak language- native speaker
•Excellent communication skills
•Proactive and positive attitude
•Knowledge of MS Office package
•Good time and self-management
•Team player
