Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
• Performing month-end SAP transactions according to the SAP month- end task list for countries, ensuring quality and timing are consisting with the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Responsible for risk ranking, priparing reports, analysis
• Working in progess and stock , creating of reports
• Stock intrastat reporting, preparing the reports for Europe statistics office
• Clearing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Payment allocation to related clients
• Investigating and ensuring any issues and errors are timely and clearly escalated to the Reporting Process Manager and/or the Business, so that corrections can be made before month-end deadline;
• Perform all activities related to the Reporting Process (run SAP-Hyperion interfaces, upload of data to Hyperion, extract of files from Hyperion and send to the Corporation);
• Play an active role in developing and improving enablers to be used in the month-end reporting process;
• Upon specific requests, provide controllers with explanations on tasks performed under the SSC responsibility and actively cooperate with the Business people in checking and solving issues;
• Ensure month-end documentation is maintained up-to-date and month-end reports are stored, available for any future enquiries by controllers and/or auditors;
• Share his/her knowledge within reporting team and be prepared to support or substitute colleagues in case of high workloads/holiday/sickness (internal back up role in place in the SSC Reporting Team);
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Reporting Process Manager;
• Provide regular information for the SSC Management Reporting (KPI’s, attendance spreadsheet) according to the instructions given by the Reporting Process Manager;
• Recommend any original ideas for future process improvement, based on his/her direct experience with pilot project;
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and actively contribute to the creation of a nice place to work.

Personality requirements and skills

• Enthusiastic professional with Bachelor degree preferably in Finance
• Min. 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Contolling, ideally in international environment
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
• Advanced user of MS Office, MS Excel on very good level (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, CHARTS ), SAP knowledge is advantage
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Good in prioritization and high capabilities to work on different tasks in parallel
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
• Drive for results, self – driven, punctual with attention to details
• Strong team player
• Good coordination skills, ability to work effectively
