Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Supporting Team Leader with organizing tasks and coordinating team
• Communicating with local counterparts to report issues and their resolution progress
• Fulfill responsibilities of processing agent
• Support process improvements and harmonization activities
• Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement actions.
• Following up specific customer issues/requests with the country front officers
• Make sure process KPI’s are met with high quality standards
• Other adequate tasks as allocated by Team Leader
