Functional Testing Analyst

Responsibilities
• Actively communicate all relevant information ensuring close collaboration in GD and with other relevant units
• Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met. Gather best practices to share amongst
the team and other units/teams.
• Document existing and newly developed test scenarios for corresponding business processes.
• Support projects go-live, releases and other GD tasks by planning and executing automated application testing
• Collect test results and communicate to the KONE units. Arrange and follow up corrective actions where needed.
• On a day-to-day basis identify, report and prioritise defects, working with the business analysts and coordinate with developers to locate and assist in identifying and resolving functional issues
• From time-to-time, its also expected to contribute on how the processes and procedures may be improved to promote excellence in quality assurance.
• Assist other team members with the development and modification of the new test scripts.
• Communicate with business representatives in order to obtain information required for accurate testing.
• Train project team member, managers and external vendors with KONE Application testing tools and methodologies
