Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Business Travel Management for all employees
• Responsible for the purchasing for the company, including creation of Purchase Orders
• Organize, prepare and document meeting minutes for management meetings
• General administrative tasks including agenda management for Management
• Act as point of contact for various queries from different internal and external stakeholders
• Backup in case of holiday to other assistants
• Pickup telephone and email management for the management
• Help with invoicing of different services
• Check of invoices and follow-up
• Liaise with book-keeping
