KompiTech provides system integration and managed IT services to medium and small sized businesses across Europe.

For our office in Prague, we are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve our clients better, and who is willing to work in a flexible and innovative team.


OFFERED JOB: CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job requirements:
-Provide support to customers via email or phone
-Identify and correct or advise
-Work with ticketing tools
-Escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd level support team
-Ability to work in an international team
-Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
-Fluent German or French

In addition to your professional skills you have good communication skills and the ability to deliver on time.
