- previous IT experience is a must (at least 4 years)
- successful managerial background and IT incident support will be a strong advantage
- very good, administrative knowledge of MS Windows Server / MS SQL Server environments
- experience with creating SQL scripts
- certified LAN/WAN knowledge; ability to create and handle VPN networks
- self-managed hardware support and maintenance, able to self-organize daily routine
- perfect verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work alone and to take initiatives
- full commitment to service and high quality, effective time organization
- flexibility to work non-standard hours if required
- valid Slovak driver's license (domestic business trips mainly)
- basic understanding of retail sales specificity
