Scrum Master

Kistler is growing and therefore we are currently looking for experienced SCRUM MASTER who will work as leader for our Scrum team with focus on facilitating of Scrum framework implementation within team and organization. We are expecting that you will be not afraid to bring new innovative ideas into our SW development process.

Main tasks will include:
• Facilitating the Scrum framework, including all the necessary parts which belong to the Scrum
• Identification and removing of impediments within Scrum process
• Ensure the transparency and visibility of team's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself
• Ensure that scrum process is well understood and followed
• Supporting the Scrum Team and Product Owners
• Providing coaching and training of Scrum/Agile to the Scrum Team, Product Owner and other departments of company
• Applying Kistler methodology for professional agile process
• Leading new co-workers regarding the use of technology and methods (teaching, coaching)
• Other tasks related to software development process
