Kistler Bratislava has been growing significantly during the last 2 years. We were 30 employees at the beginning of 2015, now we are almost reaching 100.

What will you do?
Training process:
1. You will take proactive approach and learn about our organization, environment and SW Development projects so you can do your job really well and hire the best colleagues for Kistler. During this process we will help you and gladly support you!
2. You will need to talk a lot with your colleagues, team leaders, project leaders and employees to understand the projects and profile requirements.

What will you do?
- Cooperate closely with Katka (HR Specialist) and Simona (Recruiter) - Kistler HR
- Be responsible and take active part in the whole recruitment process
- Be in charge of creating strategies related to attraction of candidates
- Get actively involved in Employer Branding projects
- Take ownership and responsibility for Kistler presence on social media and job fairs
- Be involved in the development of relations with Universities and programs for
- Establish a cooperation with Recruiters from other Kistler locations in order to learn
