Why are we searching for a new colleague?

1. We have been continuously facing several challenges related to Human Resources strategies
2. We were around 30 employees at the beginning of 2015 → now we are over 70 and we are still growing.
3. In order to bring our company to the next level and to fulfill our targets, we decided to enlarge our HR team.

What will you do?

  • work together with Katka (HR Specialist) and Milan (Recruitment Specialist) - Kistler HR
Team
  • closely cooperate with Milan and support him on all the recruitment activities in Kistler Bratislava
  • be in charge of advertising new job openings on corporate web site, social media and
various job boards
  • take care of our social media presence - coordination of social media
  • be actively researching and approaching new talents through all social media
  • be in first contact with candidates and later conduct the complete interview process
  • be free to investigate and learn new recruitment tools/ methods
  • definitely use your creativity and learn a lot
  • you will not be disconnected from people you hire - they will become your colleagues!

Training process:

1. First, you will learn about our organization, environment, projects so you can do your job really well
2. You will need to talk a lot with your colleagues, team leaders, project leaders to understand the projects and profile requirements.
3. Don't worry, your HR colleagues are here to help you and support you :)
