KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Being responsible for smooth running of Kistler Bratislava office
  • Organizing internal & external meetings, trainings, conferences or events
  • Organizing business trips for Kistler Bratislava employees & taking care of travel expenses
  • Preparing reports, documents and presentations
  • Participating & organizing on ad hoc Kistler Bratislava projects
  • Translating documents, providing general administrative support, daily communication and correspondence
