Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

The main objective is to support the whole recruitment process during the intensive expansion of Kistler Bratislava –SW development branch.

We offer you to experience the internal HR environment as well as to enforce the recruiting skills withing SW Development area.

Main role:
  • Analysis and understanding of the project and requirements/ profile specifications related to new resources
  • Active research of potential candidates using various range of
sources, tools – job boards, social networks, others.
  • Creating relevant and creative job offers and their placement on the job boards, social networks, recruitment tools
  • Proactive headhunting – working on building up the internal database for future projects
  • Responsibility for the recruitment process- prescreening of received applications, conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, scheduling interviews, participation on the 1st round of interview, providing feedback to the candidates
  • Coordination of the interview with team leaders/hiring managers
  • Communication and coordination of the recruitment process with external partners- agencies
  • Additional operative administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Contract type: full-time for limited contract until 31.12.2015 with possibility of change to unlimited contract after.

After that we expect the local recruitment activities to be combined with these possible tasks directed on Kistler Corporate HR- Shared Service

  • management of the corporate organization charts
  • job advertisement for all Kistler entities on internet
  • web support intranet
  • responsible for all spontaneous applications group wide
  • active sourcing (XING, LinkedIn, …)
  • social media HR communication (job channels)

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Education and skills:

  • Education – University degree
  • Fluent English speaking skills + communicative level of German language
  • Relevant experience as a Researcher/Recruiter for IT division – at least 1 years is a MUST
  • Previous experience on the side of an agency is an advantage
  • Presentable activity on social networks, knowledge of job boards, presentable results from previous experience
  • Creative approach
  • Very good communication skills, negotiation skills and networking potential
  • Target oriented person reaching the deadline
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
