Job description, responsibilities and duties

The key purpose of the role is to sell solutions via Kimber;y-Clark platforms and its products to key customers according to Kimberly-Clark Professional strategy, to ensure growth of Kimberly-Clark Professional unique product range on assigned territory via new business generation, while ensuring retention of existing end-user business. The role is covering Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage end-users business maintenance and retention
• Plan and execute effective end-user sales visits
• Understand the business needs of the end users and offer relevant solutions
• Identify and target new business opportunities for Kimberly-Clark Professional
• Support new business generation; identify and realize cross-selling opportunities
• Negotiate with key decision makers to maximize price and profitability
• Execute and monitor business plan performance
• Look for new solution to build long term relationships
• Provide support in the execution of key account plans agreed by National KAM
• Complete all administration and reports within guidelines and on time

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and in industrial area, preferably B2B
• Competition and market knowledge
• Ability to sell solutions, desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management, Presentation & Initiative
• Willingness to travel (80% of the time)
