Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this challanging role you are responsible for managing our IVD-sales in the Czech Reublic. This includes tactical execution of the growth strategy, direct management of sales specialists and steering the profitable growth of the diagnostic product lines.

Position profile and tasks

* Drive the value based selling philosophy within the sales team.
* Coaching of the team to identify and capitalize on selling opportunities.
* Serve as the "chief sales strategist" in selected situations; be actively involved
in the selling effort to win or retain key accounts (strategic or financial).
* Maintain knowledge of market trends and anticipate possible business
opportunities and threats.
* Act as Key Account Manager for selected customers in a specific territory
* Lead a small team of sales representatives

Personality requirements and skills

Your qualifications:
* Lab technician, medical device representative or
other natural science based education
* Experience in practice in the diagnostic field of
hematology and clinical chemistry
* Demonstrated sales and sales management skills
* Bring along a good network in the IVD-market
* Residence should be in or near Praha
* Czech as native language; good command in
English or German
