Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Checking of accounting documents according to accounting principles, tax legislation and internal rules of company
- Checking of payroll calculation and payroll bookkeeping
- Bookkeeping of accounting and tax documents
- Bookkeeping of reserves
- Processing, handling and archiving of accounting documents
- Management of GL accounts balances (payables, receivables, GR/IR accounts....) and their clearing
- Reconciliation of GL accounts balances, Balance confirmations
- Active communication with other company’s departments and external partners (suppliers, auditors...)
