Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
Administration
• Administrative support activities and an overall smooth functioning of the Secretariat and the Office of the Council
• Managing calendars and emails, draft correspondence and responding to phone calls
• Documents management - financial documents and documents for accounting purposes, registration of contracts
• Preparation of contracts for service providers and participating in budget monitoring
• Assisting in the preparation of documents and publications
• Administration projects co-financed from EU funds
Communication:
• Communication with suppliers, service providers and contractors
• Managing website www.rozpoctovarda.sk, creating sub-pages of simple texts, updating data and documents on the website
• Online marketing, work with Google Analytics, simple web design
• Communication via social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Monitoring of periodical press and electronic media with a focus on the activities of the Council for Budget Responsibility
• coordination and contacts with the media
EU Network of Independent fiscal Institutions (www.EUIFIS.eu)
• description of the projects and their communication to the Network,
• the collection and processing responses from the Network,
• the regular participation of the CBR on the web platform uOttawa for Independent fiscal Institutions,
• Communication with international organizations (EC, OECD) and other fiscal institutions
• preparation of a summary report on the operation of the Network
• Managing website www.euifis.eu, creating sub-pages of simple texts, updating data and documents on the website
• Online marketing, work with Google Analytics, simple web design
Event Management:
• Organization of international conferences, seminars, meetings and press conferences, team building and internal events, domestic and foreign business trips and training.
Others
• Assisting in the preparation of the procurement (electronic contracting system EKS, EVO & CRZ portal
• Drawing up internal regulations
• Preparation of annual reports
• Monitoring sessions of the Government for internal purposes
