JYSK Slovakia is looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner

You Bring dedication and you…
• will have the overall responsibility for the operative HR work in JYSK Slovakia. Together with our HR Manager you will as a HR Business Partner initiate and manage development in your region
• as HR Business Partner in JYSK you will work close with Retail, which means that you act as mentor and advisor to our District and Store Managers. You will give them support in all HR related questions
• secure and run our recruitment of the right employees, that they will be introduced, trained and coached in order to give our customers great service and experience. You will become an important part in this cooperation with Retail
• are energetic, determined, results-oriented, driven and communicative. You are pro-active, structured and have a proven ability to create results through others
• have a will and drive to change and improve for example processes and ways of working
• are able to plan and prioritize your workday and work independently
• develop your District Managers, Store Managers, and secure best practice across districts
• you will be Super User for Learning Arena (E-learning system).

This position entails a lot of travelling days; therefore you need to be resident in Slovakia. You will be working 3-4 days per week “on the field”.
We have no preferred place of work. A candidate may be resident of any city in the Slovak Republic. However, they must reckon with regular travel throughout the region.
