Job description, responsibilities and duties
Co-ordinator is in charge of delivery orders/deliveries management consisting of planning, monitoring, sorting any delivery issues, proper delivery orders data management and interfacing with external clients.
Planning and Organizing Work:
• Understands objectives and priorities related to activities and tasks;
• Accomplishes tasks within established timelines;
• Understands whole logistics process
• Understands roadblocks; and makes alternative plans to ensure timely task accomplishment.
• Providing high level client services to customer
