JLL - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across the Slovak Republic, plus assisting in the expansion of other technical consultancy services. The role will also include marketing, pitching and client management.

Specifically the role will involve:

• Management of several fit out & refurbishment projects – controlling time, cost and quality issues through the planning, permitting, design, tendering and execution stages

• Formal progress reporting to clients, both local and international

• Negotiations, coordination and management of other consultants, contractors and statutory authorities

• Involvement in the expansion of services offered by the Project & Development Services team, including Technical Due Diligence, Lender’s Supervision, Planned Maintenance & general technical consultancy

• Meeting clients, pitching, business winning – both local and International clients

• Marketing, including pitches and presentations, preparation of case studies and marketing materials and involvement in the strategic growth of the department

• Cooperation and sharing of ideas within the wider Project & Development Services teams across the CEE network of offices

• Supporting other business lines of JLL and sharing of information and ideas
