Job description, responsibilities and duties

Managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Slovakia. The role will also include an element of business development, marketing and client management.

Specifically the role will involve:

• Management of fit out & refurbishment projects – controlling time, cost and quality issues through the planning, permitting, design, tendering and execution stages
• Negotiations, coordination and management of multiple suppliers performing construction works on site
• Managing designers, engineers and space planners, ensuring the client’s requirements are met within the design works
• Client reporting written and verbally, both in Slovak and English
• Meeting clients, pitching, business winning – both Slovak and International clients
• Marketing, including pitches and presentations, preparation of case studies and marketing materials and involvement in the strategic growth of the business
•Supporting business lines of the Tétris parent company, JLL, specifically project management and commercial agency

Personality requirements and skills

Experience, skills and qualifications necessary:

• Fluent in Slovak
• Good English speaking and written skills are also essential
• A relevant university degree in design, engineering or construction
• Ideally at least 2 years post qualified experience in design, project management, fit out or furniture supply
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work in a young dynamic environment
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Experience in business development/marketing activities and meeting with clients
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft word/excel/Project
