Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Preparation of space plans, concept designs and architectural studies of commercial interiors.
Specifically the role will involve:
• Receiving initial briefs from clients and agents and creating space plans of commercial interiors
• Elaboration of space plans and creation of conceptual details – finishes, furniture, themes, etc.
• Creating architectural studies, including visuals, renderings, finishes, etc.
• Cooperation with project engineers in the preparation of Project Documentation
• Preparing finishes schedules and furniture schedules
• Supporting the design team with presentation and marketing materials
• Carrying out author’s supervision during the construction works

Personality requirements and skills
Experience, skills and qualifications necessary:
• At least 2 years prior experience in commercial interior design in Slovakia
• Fluent in Slovak. Good English speaking and written skills are also essential
• Ing. in Architecture, or civil engineering with specialization of architecture
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to work in a young dynamic environment
• Diligent and flexible, able to work both independently and also with other architects (based in Prague)
• Working knowledge of ArchiCad is essential
• Knowledge of Artlantis, Photoshop InDesign, Rhino, 3D Studio, V-Ray would also be an advantage
