Responsibilities:
- serching for freelance suppliers
- processing freelance suppliers' applications
- defining financial agreements so that they are in line with our rate objectives
- testing and evaluating freelance suppliers

Personality requirements and skills

Skills required:
- degree in Languages, HR or a related area
- 1 to 2 years professional experience in a procurement/recruitment role, preferably in the localization industry and ideally as a Vendor Manager or a Recruiter/Staffing Manager
- Understanding of localization processes (it is certainly an asset though it is not necessarily required)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good computer skills, including the latest Office programs, and familiarity with databases
- Absolutely fluent spoken and written English
