Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to help us find new customers and develop our existing ones. We provide full training, clear growth plans and a proven career path for individuals who are driven and have the desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Determines which resources should be assigned to projects in accordance with established criteria (price, quality, performance)
Books suppliers for particular projects as per the agreed customer ownership (calls suppliers and sends them emails)
Continuously evaluates our subcontracting capacity in order to keep it on a level with actual production needs (to pass on any recruitment need to the Procurement Manager)
Updates the db: QMS results, survey results, booking/calendar feature, etc.
Monitors quality (QMS results to be recorded)
Provides regular reporting to the Procurement Manager on the production support, missing languages/suppliers, QMS results, etc.
Skills required:
Degree in Languages, HR or a related area
1 to 2 years professional experience in a procurement/recruitment role, preferably in the localization industry and ideally as a Vendor Manager or a Recruiter/Staffing Manager
Understanding of localization processes (it is certainly an asset though it is not necessarily required)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Good computer skills, including the latest Office programs, and familiarity with databases
Absolutely fluent spoken and written English
Our Ideal Candidates should be:

Able to work under high pressure
