Part-time permanent contract (for 20 hours weekly)

Role Overview
The Qualified person supports Johnson & Johnson Business Quality Central Europe in terms of distribution in Slovak Republic, including communication with distribution center in Slovakia. He / she also makes sure that all applicable Enterprise Standards and SOPs, World Wide Quality Standard Procedures, Regional Quality System Procedures, and cluster and local SOPs are followed and that that in every business decision and process potential quality and compliance impact is assessed and respected.

As Qualified Person your tasks will be primarily:
• to communicate (potential) significant quality issues to local health authorities in a timely manner and in line with local requirements (for GDP responsible person). Respond to authority enquiries as required by the GDP responsible person role.
• to record any quality issues related to product and GDP into company NC&CAPA systems and manage the ones related to GDP in Slovakia
• to coordinate the administrative release of medicinal products in the local warehouse according to local requirements
• to maintain J&J oversight on the QMS in the local third party warehouse for medicinal products according to local requirements, receive and manage the Health Authority (SUKL) inspections
• to ensure any back-up for the warehouse is trained appropriately and to supervise this back-up
• to ensure local Distribution Centers are operating according to J&J Q&C requirements, by daily contact and audits
• to perform initial and annual GDP training for new employees in Consumer Marketing Company in Slovakia
• to manage all required SOPs in Slovakia relevant to distribution of J&J products
• to ensure that all implemented Quality & Compliance processes/procedures are constantly met through all local operations
• to provide support for QA relevant processes in the other cluster countries as defined in the CE QA Roles & Responsibilities matrix

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Quality Management or equivalent.

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Knowledge and experience with quality systems (e.g. Pharma).
• Knowledge and experience in working in a GMP and/or GDP environment is requirement in Slovak Republic, Czech Republic QP experience or qualification would be an asset.
