Health economy and market access manager

Role Overview

Health Economy and Market Access Manager is responsible for shaping a positive environment in Slovakia for Janssen pipeline products, achieving good pricing and reimbursement outcomes for existing portfolio, and helping Janssen better serve physicians and patients through patient advocacy and public affairs.

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

• Manage market access of new products in the earliest time and under optimal conditions
• Ensure optimal reimbursement of Janssen existing products
• Manage prices in Slovakia strictly according global pricing policy
• Manage Janssen submissions / appeal process inputs
• Understand changes in Slovak health care system and shape or react to these changes
• Utilize capacity and credibility of pharma industry bodies for positive lobbying to implement new approaches and ideas
• Ensure close cooperation with HEMAR EMEA / CEE, especially CZ – SK and cross departments cooperation in SK
• Provide market analysis for marketing
• Collaborate with external groups, especially patients and physicians to provide appropriate support for increasing the voice of the patients and physicians in improving outcomes in Slovakia
• Represent and enhance Janssen corporate image and reputation by effective communication with Slovak decision makers and other bodies
• Use found allocated to market access activities effectively, and seek opportunities for productivity improvements and cost-savings where possible
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards, including compliance with Slovak law, pharma industry Code of Conduct and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson HCBI rules
