Logistic & Customer Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage shipments from factories till final destination which includes the movement of products, equipment, materials in and out of country or multiple countries
* Enter and process all incoming orders for equipment’s and parts from the YORK HVAC specialised contractors
* Manage all order related documentation
* Set up and document the order process for new customers
* Maintain the company's order processing systems
* Process all purchase orders

 
Key Requirements:

* Excellent communication
* Empathy and problem solving mentality
* Deep knowledge of logistic processes in international trade including legislation and compliancy requirements
* Developed IT competence
* PC Skills including use of ORACLE type system & Microsoft Office
* Proven ability to meet scheduled deadlines
* Self-disciplined and accurate approach to order processing
* Experience in international sales processes

Candidate requirements for the role are excellent communication, empathy and problem solving mentality, deep knowledge of logistic processes in international trade including legislation and compliancy requirements, developed IT competence, PC Skills including use of ORACLE type system & Microsoft Office, proven ability to meet scheduled deadlines, self-disciplined and accurate approach to order processing, experience in international sales processes, triangular operations plus good written and oral communication skills (preferably in more than 2 EU languages).
