Senior Finance Analyst - 50 % US work time

* Gather, organize, and assess data from various sources in order to assemble coherent management reports and reports for internal customers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly base
* Locate and define new reports and dashboard design as business strategy changes and identify process improvement opportunities that enhances automation and general efficiencies (by VBA, MS Access and agreements cross OTC departments and with internal customers)
* Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
* Support Internal and External Auditors with timely data provision and follow up actions on selected samples
* Preparation of PPT presentations for monthly performance calls with internal customers
* Providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions

* Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
* At least 2 years working experience as Finance Analyst or similar positions
* Excel – level: Advanced - previous experience with the design of reporting to all levels of an organization, programming (particularly VBA for excel) is advantage
* MS Access – level: Intermediate - previous experience with the design and implementation of relational databases with a  focus on accuracy and automation is advantage
* SQL – level: Intermediate - previous experience with development of Views, Tables, and scripting for automation of data loads - preferred:Thorough understanding of SQL syntax and querying techniques for Ad hoc analysis and User Acceptance testing
* Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala) is an advantage
* Pro-active attitude, Analytical thinking
* English on advanced level

The team you will be joining is supporting US market, therefore 50% of your working hours will be from 1:30pm till 10pm.
