Credit and Collections Analyst with US work time

Credit & Collections Analyst is the right position for you if you would like to take over a role that is close to business and finance. In our Business Centre this position belongs to the Order-To-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for credit risk evaluation and collection of past due amounts from our customers. We are the first point of contact for situations related to accounts receivable and are driven by our cash related goals.
 
Responsibilities:
 

* Build a strong relationship with a stable portfolio of customers
* Collect the past due amounts and actively negotiate with our slow paying customers – daily communication over the phone/ e-mail with customers
* Analyze customers' credibility for a proper setup of terms and conditions, collect the appropriate information from sales units to ensure that risk is mitigated
* Use your skills to achieve monthly cash targets & reduce aged receivables
* Solve any issues your customers might have and process appropriately the supporting documentation for refunds, legal placements & lien placements
* Prevent escalations via proactive investigation and communication with customers regarding any discrepancies on customers’ accounts

Requirements:
 

* Fluent English in both the spoken & written forms (level C1 or equivalent)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Goal-driven performance - a person who is passionate about hitting the cash related goals
* University education with financial/ economic background (or experience) is preferred
* Ability to demonstrate integrity & emotional maturity

  What benefits does the 2^nd shift offer?
  

* 30% of extra salary on top of your basic salary
* 2 fully paid meal vouchers per day (for lunch and dinner)
* Taxi allowance of  6,5 euros per day if you work after 11pm

 
Working shifts may vary depending on the particular states you will be supporting:
 
Earliest shift: 1:30pm –10pm
Latest shift: 3:30pm – 12pm
