Lead Collections Analyst with US work time

Create your next opportunity with us as a Lead Collections Analyst in Order to Cash Department, in Bratislava.
 
Responsibilities:

* Responsibility for the Collections team
* Monitoring of daily workload, backlog, resolving daily issues
* Supporting Collections Manager in solving escalation issues and communication with business and customers
* Managing the month end close activities
* Developing and implementing improvements
* Ensuring correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures, responsibility for the overall quality
* Collaborating with the other departments to support overall objectives
* Developing and motivating team members (i.e. monthly 1 to 1meetings, evaluations, weekly team meetings, communication, high team spirit)

Qualifications:
 

* Prior leadership experience
* Excellent leadership and managerial skills
* Good accounting knowledge
* Strong Excel knowledge
* SAP knowledge/Oracle knowledge is an advantage
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, result-orientation, responsibility, flexibility
* Managing of stressful situations
* Fluent English,  other languages are advantage

The team you will be joining is supporting US market, therefore your working hours will be from 13:30 till 22:00.

* 30% of extra salary on top of your basic salary
* 2 fully paid meal vouchers per day (for lunch and dinner)
* Taxi allowance of  6,5 euros per day if you work after 11pm
