Lead Accountant - AP Banking

* support AP accountants in solving daily issues
* responsible for the AP Banking team
* leading and developing the team
* support AP Manager in solving escalation issues
* responsible for accuracy of the posted transactions, and general ownership of the sub ledger
* Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly
* monitor daily workload, backlog and issues
* management and motivation of team members (i.e. monthly 1 to 1 meetings, evaluations, weekly team meetings, communication, high team spirit)
* manage smooth and flexible processing methods
* banking team is responsible for payment executions, validating payment proposals and supporting documentation, submitting payment files to bank via common multibank portals and entering, executing and following up on ad-hoc manual payment requests
* daily cooperation with Treasury team and bank teams

* good accounting knowledge
* good SAP knowledge/Oracle knowledge/iScala knowledge
* good Excel knowledge
* good communication skills, result-orientation, responsibility, flexibility
* good managing of stressful situations
* fluent English + other languages are advantage
* experience in a leading position for at least 1-2 years
