Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst in our Bratislava Business Centre to work in a team, globally responsible for the quality of substances compliance information, driving data cleansing efforts and collecting substances compliance documentation for purchased parts.

The role scope:
· Ensuring that all supplier and part information are available and updated in our central database.
· Maintaining and updating compliance tools located on servers (cloud in the future) and ensuring tools are up running.
· Creating and maintaining supporting tools in SharePoint and Microsoft Office
· Supporting and training compliance team in use of supporting tools locally as well as globally.
· Run queries and inform business in case of updated standards and regulations requiring update of compliance records
· Ensuring procedures and processes, for working with compliance repository and compliance tools, are in place and documented.
· Supporting entire compliance organisation in written communication, using templates, fact sheets and presentations and information on intranet.
· Supporting compliance team with technical knowledge about parts and products.
• Previous experience in support and maintenance of servers and Microsoft applications
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft VBA, SQL, MS Office (particularly Excel and Access) and cloud based applications such as SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of Java
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills - like to write and make complex messages simple
• Technical or chemical/material knowledge would be an advantage
• Understanding of product regulatory compliance requirements would be an advantage
