Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Substances Compliance Coordinators in our Bratislava Business Centre to work in a team, globally responsible for the quality of substances compliance information, driving data cleansing efforts and collecting substances compliance documentation for purchased parts.

The role scope:
• Collecting compliance data by phone and email from suppliers worldwide and registering data in compliance repository systems.
• Supporting Johnson Controls’ local procurement organisation in collecting data.
• Helping/educating/training suppliers and internal staff to understand legislation and procedures for substances compliance.
• Pre-screening validity and completeness of substances compliance information.
• Evaluating the need for data cleansing, based on knowledge of parts, products and feedback from suppliers.
• Keeping track on suppliers’ feedback and follow up accordingly
• Creating and maintaining relevant supplier and customer documents, training and reporting materials.
• Contributing to compliance process definition for continuous improvement of processes.

• 1 – 3 years of experience in supply chain or similar, communicating with external partners
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Technical or chemical/material knowledge would be an advantage
• Understanding of substances compliance regulations would be an advantage
