Lead Accountant- Project accounting 50% US time

Team Leader will be in charge of a team responsible for project accounting – North America. Main scope is the coordination of the department operation; work with the team members -motivation of the team, participation on their individual development plan, drive the continuous improvement, internal efficiency.

Team leader – main tasks:
Assist department managers
Prepare reports, budgets and assessments if requested
Manage team performance and progress
Contact and foster client relationships
Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings; Tracking the teams KPIs 
Creation and maintenance of the hiring pipeline
Ensure personal development of team members 
Timely reporting of all performed activities and team results
Ensuring correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures
Complete responsibility for wide range of accounting activities performed by other team members
Responsible for all audit related issues as well as internal controls
Collaborates with the other Accounting Supervisors to support overall department goals and objectives

Requirements:
Degree in financial area
Excellent knowledge of English language
Min. 2 years experience on leading position
Strong background in international accounting
Advanced user of MS Office, English - expert (interpreting)
