Lead Engineer

* Development of products according to customer requirements and Johnson Controls standards and processes
* Carry out product design from cost and timing point of view 
* Release of 3D models and drawings in CATIA V5 and/or Unigrafix
* Technical project coordination with customer, suppliers and simulaneous development team Product design verification and modification
* Prototype and product launch support
* Team leading, goals setting and team members performance assessment
* People development

* Degree in mechanical engineering
* Relevant work experience and skills in automotive product design
* Leadership skills – experience with leading of team
* Analytical thinking, customer orientated approach and result delivery
* Good communication and presentation skills, emotional maturity
* Flexibility in travelling abroad
* Fluent English and/or German
