For our Building Efficiency Service & Sales Branch in Bratislava, we are hiring a Sales Representative to support our new and growing HITACHI business. The Sales Representative will directly report to the Sales Manager Slovakia Systems and Indirect Sales.
 
The main purpose of the role is to get the new business up and running in Slovakia and win over new customers on a highly competitive market. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a new business from the early days, contribute own ideas and set the ground for the business to strive.
 
The Sales Representative will work closely with the Design teams and the Installation companies and be focused on delivering value for our costumers at all times.
 
Role & Responsibilities

* Promote sales activity to create new business and analyze customer needs to offer alternate solutions.
* Develop new technical and commercial strategies according to market need.
* Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization for new opportunities
* Provide after sales support to business groups.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge of competitive products and pricing by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Attend to client at any time and for any need. 

Experience/ skills of the successful candidate

* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3 Years minimum experience, ideally in a sales or marketing role in the HVAC industry with a focus on cooling. Previous product-related experience, i.e. technicians or engineers, is also welcome.
* Fluency in Slovak is required, as well as intermediate language skills in English.
* Excellent communication skills and superior sales skills to be able to get new business up and running are key.
* Excellent knowledge of the market and strong network in the industry (designers, developers, distributors) is required.
