Financial Analyst - Customer Business Unit

• Project accounting and controlling for Program  projects
• Support/Provide and secure integration of detailed financial information (e.g. volume, mix, price, BOM) for Plant Controlling for Profit Plan and Forecast
• Monthly review with Finance Managers / Program Managers or Department Managers
• Monitor Workorder Process (Service Departments only)
• Process internal work orders and time sheets, etc.
• Process and controlling of C.A.R.S.
• Implement Controlling-Systems
• Support / coordinate engineering budget planning
• Support / Budget planning for all program financial aspects and develop system / tools for cost tracking and cost controlling (plan vs. actuals)
• Support supplier selection and supplier price/cost negotiations with Purchasing and Costing in order to secure program profitability
• Attend phase exit reviews and support program team with required program financial documentation
• Support/Prepare program financial documentation for Customer negotiations, interface with Customer finance organization

• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focussing on finance/controlling especially accounting, finance, controlling
• Min 5 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector or accounting firm
• Strong financial analysis and planning background and accuracy
• MS-Office
• SAP & Hyperion experience
• English fluent
• Ability to perform in multi-national team
