Payroll Assistant - part time

* Responsible for the accurate execution of payroll systems and procedures
* Maintain and improve organizational and data processing systems
* Maintain the payroll systems (wages categories and taxation etc.)
* Enter in personnel data for new employees and update current data where necessary
* Compile monthly variables
* Make salary deductions where instructed due to local taxation (e.g. company car, fringe benefits etc.)
* Prepare regularly scheduled reports for governmental and other external agencies regarding company payment of various taxes, group insurance premiums
* Make pension scheme deductions to salary in accordance with national and company regulations
* Compile appropriate lists for the Accounting Department
* Group the employees into wage tax grades and social security grades and maintain contact with the corresponding contacts at the authorities and social insurance agencies
* Register and deregister employees at the health insurance companies, declare short-time employees
* Monitor changes in employee status (entries, exits, fixed-term contracts, internal department changes)
* Create personnel files (master file data input)
* Register new entrants and salary changes (bonus calculations, etc.) monthly
* Compile annual announcements etc. for authorities and health insurance companies
* Notify the employment office according to the Severely Disabled Persons Act
* Compile various lists for the Accounting Department
* Min. 1 years in payroll accounting
* Good knowledge of tax and social security
* Knowledge of general HR
* MS Office, Excel, Word - advanced
* English knowledge on communicative level
