Regional Staffing Manager m/f
As part of the Interions EMEA Human Resources team, your main duties are to:
* Liaise with business partners to define the job profiles
* Implement and supervise regional Resource Planning
* Make sure that open positions are advertised as appropriate
* Provide business partners with appropriatetalent to fill vacancies of internal (Internal Talent / Succession Planning) and external employees
* Take responsibility for redeployment ofExpatriates in the region
* Searche, select and hiresnew employees in line with the business partners to strengthen internal capability to implementcurrent and future business strategies
* Screen identified candidates, select a shortlist and forwards them to line management, applies the most appropriate selection approach, counsels line management and HR Managers throughout the selection process and ensures timely decision making
* Ensure availability and sending of complete contract in cooperation with business partners
* Respond to business needs and proactively identifies innovative ways of candidate sourcing and selection
* Establish a close relationships to leading search agencies at a regional level to get first hand access to top candidates, uses personal network to source top talents
* Negotiate regional consultant contracts with regional Purchasing department
* Implement and track of regional Staffing HRmetrics / Focus on critical vacancies
* Counsels line managers and HR community on appropriate recruitment tools
* Trains & coaches regional organization interms of processes

* Degree (Bachelor/Master) in social sciences,business degree or broad line management experience, professional HRqualification, i.e. in Recruiting
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR function;recruitment experience in an international environment preferred
* Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)skills
* Good negotiator
* Good communication / presentation skills
