HR System Specialist
The HR Systems Specialist is an entry level position whichis focused on daily operational security changes needed by a number of HRSystems in use at Johnson Controls. Theexpected career path would be to progress to an HRIT Business Analyst.
Each of the following is actioned in the system afterreviewing that the request followed the appropriate approval path:
* Create new users in the PeopleSoft EMEA system.
* Create and adjust permission lists in thePeopleSoft EMEA system. Permission listsare the foundation of user security and control the pages that one sees in thesystem as well as what employees are seen.
* Create and adjust permission lists in the USWorkday system for North American user groups.
* Create and adjust users in the Avature talentacquisition system, reset user passwords.
* Create and adjust users in the Taleo recruitmentand performance management system.
* Create and adjust users in other HR Systems asrequired.
* Run pre-defined reports to self-check thatsecurity administration was done correctly.
* Eform administration and 1^st leveleforms support: answer user questionsfrom HR users, update master configuration values on the form dropdown lists. Escalate complex issues to 2^nd leveleform support.

* Business level English.
* Ability to manage one’s own time and workindependently on security requests in order to perform according to the ServiceLevel Agreements. For example, Asiatickets should be done during the European morning hours while US tickets canbe done in the European afternoon hours.
