- Support for purchasing in selfbilling process, settings of new selfbilling scheduling agreement in ERS SAP variants, provide reports from SAP, solving main issues, communication with buyers
- Processing IRIS chargebacks, AP vouchers
- Handle consignment, retrobilling, investigating and solving issues concerning these processes
- Correction of old postings, support for AP clerks
- Support for plants at month end close posting
- Daily communication with plants, suppliers if it is needed
- General accounting knowledge
- Good SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of excel (tables, filters, data sorting)
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills, fluent English (spoken, written)
