Product Owner

Background
With the launch of a new Real Estate Tool as the front end of the Corporate ServicesData Warehouse, the tool will be the focus of significant scrutiny as the source for multiple senior management reports.
 
This will combining multiple golden sources of data into a single repository where powerful information will be available for the first time in an integrated form, across the following service lines: Client Services, Real Estate,Projects, Facility Services, Lease Admin, Engineering, Finance and Performance Management.
 
This requires a strong owner of the application  within Corporate Services, who can ensure it delivers against expectation, continues to maintain high quality data and develops to respond to and anticipate ongoing demand for more reporting.

1. Act as the end user facing point of contact for The Real Estate Tool
2. Deliver and coordinate senior level introductions to the tool, including running training sessions
3. Ensure the correct representation of golden source data from stakeholders in the tool format
4. Anticipate and develop new report functionality based on experience of Real Estate andFacilities Management environments, best practise and market leaders in CorporateServices requirements
5. Capture,verify and document business requirements from users to support business change(s)

6. Coordinate work between the different stakeholder teams providing input to the tool,including all CRES workstreams and vendors, to deliver consistent and accurate data into the system
7. Interact with Corporate Technology to deliver identified enhancements and improvements to the content and format of the tool
8. Create a Community of Practise for the tool users to assist with improving the features and refining reporting and product development opportunities

* The candidate must have a good level of Real Estate knowledge as this will be useful in understanding the measurement and data issues that CRES faces.
* Experiences with other reporting tools and ERPs preferred.
* Very good user of MS Office Package.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills at different levels of the organization.
* Furthermore it is important that the candidate is credible and persuasive as  will need to face off with several different client groups.
* Fluent in English and German
