Sr Transfer Pricing Specialist

Under general directionof Manager Transfer Pricing and consistent with company policy and generallyaccepted accounting and business principles, ensures compliance with transferpricing regulations primarily in EMEA. 

 

Primary Duties:

 

* Prepares transfer pricing documentation and analysisrequired to support inter-company cross border transactions including, but notlimited to, intellectual property rights, product sales, services, etc. 

* Analyses financial information in US and local GAAP,reviews financial statements and reconciles these and other disclosures in thepreparation of the transfer pricing documentation.

* Identifies and implements on-going processimprovements within the transfer pricing compliance area to improve efficiency, accuracy and the documentation of positions,including coordination with various members of the Corporate Tax Dpt. andaccounting personnel within the business units and Corporate Accounting.  

* Contribute toward the successful completion of corporateincome tax audits that include transfer pricing issues.

* Contribute towards other transfer pricing analysis

* Bachelor's degree in finance or accountingor equivalent education and experience. 

* Professional certifications such as  CPA , CIA, CMA, and CISA, or similarinternational certifications, are desirable.

* Minimum of 3 years of finance/accountingexperience focus on compliance and data management in accountancy practice.

* US GAAP, other international GAAP (IFRS) and local GAAP knowledge anadvantage

* Experience in financial reporting,financial analysis and cost accounting is essential

* ERP systems knowledge (e.g. SAP R/3 andOracle) is essential

* Consolidation system knowledge (Enterprise/HFM)is essential

* Excellent oral and written communication,in English, is essential.

* Excellent organizational and planningskills. 

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteApplications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint).

* Transfer pricing experience is notrequired.
