Reporting Specialist

Key Accountabilities:
* Analyze supplier databases, including but not limited to: extract reports, analyze & review content, deliver information, consolidate suppliers and review payments terms
* Supports the development and maintenance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) metrics and scorecards.
* Delivers SCM metrics and scorecards based on analysis of reports and consolidated data.
* Supports development of saving opportunities by extracting & consolidating supplier spend data and by identifying saving opportunities.
* Supports the strategic goal to improve Trade Working Capital (TWC) performance by extracting reports, identifying gaps between targets & actual and supporting follow-up of improvement plans.
* Develops and maintains company communication tools (SharePoint, Documentum, …)

 
* Bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on finance/purchasing or equivalent through experience
* Experience in finance or purchasing department of a large company
* Analytical, result driven and accurate
* Demonstrated strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access in advance level
* Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL and SharePoint
* Experience in reporting & forecasting, data analysis is an asset
* Knowledge of financial systems is an asset
* Active knowledge of English language
